"When I first learned about Fire Science Nutrition I contacted them about a donation for the Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Service’s canteen I volunteer on. Without hesitation they sent us a good amount of products to try. While on the canteen we serve firefighters with water and other essentials during fires and other callouts that go on for hours. We had the Fire Science Nutrition packets and some Liquid IV packets out for the firefighters and they overwhelming preferred the Fire Science Nutrition packets. I have since purchased some for my personal use and when I have a long strenuous day I make sure to drink water with a Fire Science Nutrition packet and I don’t cramp up. I like both the orange and the blue raspberry flavors. Thank you Fire Science Nutrition for your donation, we’re working with the local Fire Chief’s Association to donate funds so we can purchase more."

"Used Fire Salt for a recent 27 mile run. No cramping like previous marathons. Orange flavor Fire Salt is favorite so far. I use 32 ounces of water per packet. Favorite hydration drink I’ve found. The sodium helps with muscle fatigue and staves of cramping."
