Fire Salt - Electrolytes + Caffeine

Electrolytes help regulate fluid balance and support normal nerve and muscle function. Sodium is especially important because it’s one of the primary electrolytes lost through sweat. Fire Salt provides 670 mg of sodium, plus potassium and magnesium, to deliver a meaningful amount rather than a light dusting of electrolytes. We chose 670 mg to replace a substantial portion of the sodium you can lose during hard work, exercise, or heat while recognizing that sodium also comes from food. That’s about 29% of the FDA Daily Value for sodium.

Each stick contains 100 mg of caffeine. That puts it roughly in the range of a cup of coffee.

We chose 100 mg to provide a useful amount of energy while still making it easy to keep track of your total caffeine intake throughout the day.

Not in the way people often assume. Research shows that moderate amounts of caffeine consumed in beverages generally do not cause enough additional fluid loss to outweigh the fluid being consumed. A 100 mg caffeinated drink can still contribute to your overall fluid intake. 

Fire Salt Caffeine combines that 100 mg of caffeine with the same electrolyte formula designed to support hydration and fluid balance.

Fire Salt is sweetened with stevia extract, giving it sweetness without sugar. Each stick contains zero sugar and does not use artificial sweeteners.

We also don’t use synthetic dyes. Color ingredients vary by flavor and may include ingredients such as blue spirulina or beta carotene. We list the ingredients for each flavor so you can see exactly what you’re drinking.

“Natural flavors” is a regulated labeling term for ingredients used primarily to create flavor. FDA rules allow these flavor blends to be listed collectively as “natural flavor” rather than requiring every individual component to appear separately on the ingredient panel. 

Depending on the flavor, a natural flavor blend can include things like naturally derived oils, extracts, distillates, and other flavoring components. The exact blend varies by flavor. We use them for taste, not to make the electrolyte formula sound more functional than it is.
