I have tried liquid IV, LMNT, and pickle juice for summer running- which all help but not like fire salt. I bought it first at Scheel's when an employee told me it was a game changer for him. He told me if it didn't work to return it and to use his name for a full refund. Needless to say, I have ordered more. I can complete my long runs in the summer heat with no issues. I’m very happy with this product.
Holy cow!! I'm 66 and this stuff really works for me! I've tried the others (liquid IV, LMNT, and others) and this, is by far superior. I've got my grandson’s baseball tournament team hooked on it as well. I mix up 15 16oz bottles and hand them out. They love it as well. Blueberry and watermelon seem to be the favorites. Thanks Fire Salt for a fantastic product.
This is an awesome product. It provides superior hydration compared to other brands and does not have a sugary taste to it.
We live in south Texas and it gets extremely hot and humid. My husband has used these for a few days now and can definitely tell the difference when drinking these verses other replenishing drinks. These help him stay hydrated and they don't taste bad at all. We will definitely be purchasing these again soon.
Some friends told me I needed to try and I’m so glad they did. I’ve tried one of each flavor and I love them all – truly can’t pick a favorite. This is so much better and more effective than BodyArmor at getting me rehydrated and back to work.
Was quite happy to see that they are natural colors (i.e. Blue Spirulina, or Beta-Carotene) used to color the drinks as opposed to artificial dyes. Would buy again as the flavors are solid and I like that they are not quite as salty as something like LMNT and are a bit less expensive with better ingredients. The fact that a portion of the profits go to helping First Responders is also a great addition
Exceptional for rehydration without the nonsense. Superior product and absolutely a go to for firefighters and or anyone who needs rapid dehydration without the negative copious amounts of sugar and carbohydrates. Love the product!
I've tried all sorts of Electrolyte supplements (LMNT, LIquid IV, Relyte, etc). but FireSalt is by far the BEST. It has the best flavor and combination of electrolytes. Watermelon and Blue Raspberry are DELICIOUS. Also, hidden gem application is mixing a pack in 20 oz of water and then making homemade popsicles for my kids --- now if a kid wants a popsicle at 10am... go for it dude. FireSalt is a no brainer.
